Beech is a traditional favorite wood of the American Woodworker, and rightly so. It's beautiful grain and natural coloring make it an optimal wood for building furniture. It is a tree that enjoys shade growth, and in the old days, settlers would look for Beech trees to clear for farmland, as they would tend to have a shallow root system that made for easier land clearing. Beech is a favorite in today's market for:

- Cabinet Face Frames and Drawers

- Wood turning Stock

- Veneer and Instrument Bodies.

Our Beech has been locally sourced and dried down to 5% before being stored in our dry-shed under humidity control to ensure the highest quality material for your project. All our material is planed down to the sizes shown below.
