Though similarly named to the Black Locust species, Honey Locust is a horse of a different color entirely. It's thick and varied grain pattern make it an ideal choice for woodworking projects highlighting the natural beauty of the wood. It makes great wall paneling and flooring which allows you the "look" of a strong bodied wood like oak or ash, but with a unique, reddish coloring and a fun story to tell all who walk in and admire it. Other uses include:

- Fencing

- Furniture

- Turning

Our Locust has been locally sourced and dried down to 5% before being stored in our dry-shed under humidity control to ensure the highest quality material for your project. All our material is planed down to the sizes shown below.
